Executive Apartments is the originator of short-stay fully equipped and maintained apartments, villas and houses in Perth. For over
twenty years we have provided comfortable accommodation for professional and commercial people (and their families) on the move, mature
age vacationers who come to Perth for a break from the northern winters, technicians and others here in Perth for educational and training
purposes and many country people up in Perth to shop, visit friends, visit children in school and the like.
No matter the reason, if you require stylish, convenient, or sophisticated accommodation for your stay in Perth we can provide exactly
the standard and service you are seeking.
All of the properties are completely furnished with a standard range of equipment; full kitchens (not merely a cook top and bar
fridge) washing machines and tumble driers in the laundry, TV, dvd and compact disk sound systems. The majority have secure parking
and many have lock-up garages. Most apartment complexes have pools, and others have access to tennis courts, gym and saunas.
Whatever your requirements for short, medium or long-term accommodation, we are confident that we can provide for you. Our weekly
linen exchange and complementary cleaning service ensures your ongoing comfort.
Unlike most organisations that offer serviced and equipped accommodation, we really try to offer as complete a service as possible.
This includes car hire, provision of food hampers on arrival, phone connection at residential rates, specialised needs for the youngest
members of the family; cots, high chairs baby baths, stair guards etc. We have a contact number for genuine after hours emergencies.
Our friendly housekeeping and maintenance staff are there to ensure that the property is clean and functional at all times.
Our business has consistently grown over the last two decades and now offers apartments, villas and houses from one to three bedrooms and
at prices to suit most budgets. The properties are in the main located in suburbs in and around the Central Business District; Perth, South
Perth, Northbridge, East and West Perth, Burswood to the East, Como to the South, Subiaco, Nedlands, Cottesloe and Scarborough to the West.
We are expanding to provide our services in other locations as demand suggests.
