This heritage listed building was constructed in 1898 and converted into apartments in 2000. This is a particularly fine and rare example of the Federation Warehouse style architecture in Perth according to the Heritage Council. One street away from the exclusive shops and cafes of King Street, easy access to the City either by walking or the free CAT bus, close to the train station.
The Central Business District of Perth is home to the State and Head Offices of many major corporations. There are many other aspects to this compact City. The belltower in Barrack Street that houses the ancient bells of St Martins in the Fields donated by the City of London. The State Library and Art gallery, and the old Mint where gold and silver coins and medals are struck to this day, and can be purchased.
